Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Broker to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate transactions, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to provide exceptional service to clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Transaction Management:
- Oversee and manage all real estate transactions, including leasing and sales, ensuring a smooth process from start to finish.

- Client Relationships:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

- Market Analysis:
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and property values to provide accurate and comprehensive advice to clients regarding their real estate investments.

- Coordination:
- Coordinate with lenders, appraisers, and inspectors to facilitate smooth and successful transactions.

- Marketing:
- Market and advertise properties effectively to attract potential buyers and tenants, utilizing various channels including social media, online listings, and open houses.

- Property Showings:
- Conduct property showings, answer questions from interested parties, and provide insights to assist clients in their decision-making.

- Negotiation:
- Prepare and present offers and counteroffers to clients, negotiating contracts on their behalf to achieve the best possible outcomes.

- Contract Review:
- Review contracts and legal documents to ensure compliance with regulations and protect client interests throughout the transaction process.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate brokerage or a related field, with a proven track record of successful transactions.

- Education:
- Any graduation, with additional qualifications in real estate or business preferred.

- Language Skills:
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Mandarin, French, Italian, or Russian is a plus.

- Negotiation Skills:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.

- Market Knowledge:
- In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including trends, pricing, and regulations.

- Problem-Solving:
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex situations with professionalism.

- Self-Motivated:
- A proactive and self-motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team.
