This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Recruiter at Asico Real Estate LLC in Dubai. As a Real Estate Recruiter, your day-to-day tasks will involve identifying and recruiting top talent for our real estate team. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, evaluating qualifications, and making hiring recommendations. You will also collaborate with the HR team to develop effective recruitment strategies, manage job postings, and build a strong talent pipeline.

Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends

Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the real estate sector

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to identify and attract top talent

Experience in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Proficiency in using recruitment software and platforms

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
