Job Description
Job Title: Receptionist
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person or office.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain the tidiness and presentability of the reception area, ensuring all necessary stationery and materials are stocked.
- Provide basic and accurate information to visitors, either in-person or via phone/email.
- Order front office supplies and maintain inventory stock.
- Update calendars and schedule meetings as required.
- Perform various clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Proven minimum of 2 years of work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, admin assistant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Hands-on experience with office equipment such as fax machines and printers.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive in problem-solving.
- Excellent organizational skills with multitasking and time-management abilities.
- Customer service-oriented attitude.
- High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
