About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our esteemed team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates across a diverse range of roles within our client companies. This position requires a proactive approach, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional service throughout the recruitment journey.

Responsibilities:

- Source and attract top-tier candidates utilizing a variety of channels, including job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings by reviewing resumes, conducting comprehensive phone interviews, and assessing qualifications against client requirements.
- Perform in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit with client organizations.
- Facilitate seamless coordination of interviews between candidates and clients, offering guidance and support throughout the process.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate engagement to offer negotiation and successful onboarding.
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with clients, gaining a deep understanding of their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a positive and rewarding experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and recruitment best practices to continuously enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar capacity, demonstrating a successful track record in talent acquisition.
- Solid understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain rapport with clients and candidates alike.
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving objectives and delivering exceptional outcomes for clients and candidates.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with recruitment software platforms.
- Expected hours: No less than 36 per week
