Job Title: Registered Nurse

Roles & Responsibilities:

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care, educating patients and their families on health conditions, and advocating for optimal outcomes. Your duties include:

1. Conducting thorough assessments of patients' health status, considering physical, psychological, and social factors.
2. Developing and implementing nursing care plans based on assessment findings and evidence-based practices.
3. Administering medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians.
4. Monitoring patients' responses to interventions and adjusting care plans accordingly.
5. Educating patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and self-care strategies.
6. Advocating for patients' rights, preferences, and best interests within the healthcare system.
7. Maintaining accurate and thorough medical records, including nursing assessments and care plans.
8. Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
9. Responding promptly and effectively to medical emergencies, including cardiac arrest and trauma situations.
10. Promoting health and wellness through preventive measures and health education programs.
11. Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care delivery.
12. Conducting periodic health assessments and screenings to monitor health status.
13. Demonstrating flexibility, organization, and effectiveness in stressful situations.
14. Adhering to professional standards, including dress code and patient confidentiality.
15. Reporting to work on time and complying with organizational policies.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

Experience: Minimum of 2 years clinical experience post-qualification in an appropriate setting.

Certifications and Licenses:
- Valid UAE professional License as Registered Nurse (DOH/DHA/MOH)
- BLS Certification

Skills & Qualifications:
- Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate programs of care.
- Strong prioritization and deadline management skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
