The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, exceptional skills in photo editing and retouching, and a strong understanding of current photography and design trends. This position is crucial in maintaining and enhancing the visual aesthetic of our brand through compelling imagery.

Responsibilities:
- Edit and retouch a variety of photos including portraits, fashion shoots, product images, and editorial content to meet company standards and creative vision.
- Ensure all images are high-quality, visually appealing, and consistent with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with photographers, art directors, and other team members to understand project requirements and deliver results accordingly.
- Manage and prioritize workload effectively, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in photo editing and retouching techniques.
- Continuously improve skills and techniques through feedback and training.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Photo Editor or Retoucher.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Lightroom, and other relevant software.
- Strong understanding of color correction, skin retouching, compositing, and other advanced photo editing techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and a creative mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, demonstrating strong communication skills.
- A portfolio showcasing your best photo editing and retouching work.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Photography, Visual Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Previous experience in areas such as fashion retouching or product photography.
- Experience working remotely and managing projects independently.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Zoho, Asana, Trello, or similar.
