Job Description

Tecon is currently hiring for a Sales Engineer with experience in selling Oil and Gas products. Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Prospect and generate leads within the Oil & Gas industry through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their business requirements, and providing tailored solutions.

3. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to develop strategies for penetrating the Oil & Gas market and achieving sales targets.

4. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our offerings.

5. Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients, negotiating terms and pricing to ensure a win-win outcome.

6. Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

7. Work closely with the marketing team to develop marketing materials, campaigns, and promotional activities targeted at the Oil & Gas sector.

8. Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts to the management team.

9. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any inquiries, concerns, or issues in a timely and professional manner.

10. Stay informed about relevant regulations and compliance standards within the Oil & Gas industry to ensure adherence to legal requirements.

Education Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or Chemical.

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in selling Oil and Gas products

• Proven track record of successful sales experience in the Oil & Gas industry, with a deep understanding of the sector's dynamics, challenges, and opportunities.

• Knowledge of technical aspects of products and services is a plus

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.

• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development to stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies.

• Able to get specify the products with consultant/ clients/ Ministries.

• Knowledge of technical aspects of products and services is a plus.

• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory for this role
