Job Title: Sales Promoter (Female Candidates Only)

Position Summary:
We are seeking dynamic and energetic female candidates to represent Sobha Realty at various promotional events and venues. The ideal candidate will excel in sales promotion, customer engagement, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Promotion: Represent Sobha Realty at promotional events and venues, developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet targets.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through exceptional service, conducting product demonstrations, and providing accurate information.
- Lead Generation: Identify potential customers, generate leads, and drive sales by negotiating and closing deals.
- Feedback: Provide valuable feedback to the sales team and management regarding customer needs and concerns.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Education: Minimum high school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Relevant industry knowledge and experience are advantageous.
- Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Motivation: Self-motivated with a drive to achieve sales targets.
- Language: Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Driving License: UAE driving license is a plus.
