Security Manager (UAE National Only)

Position Title: Security Manager

Job Summary
Severity Security & Guarding Services LLC is seeking a UAE National Security Manager to ensure the effective implementation of all operational security procedures. This role requires a confident, self-driven leader capable of managing incidents and emergencies while providing leadership and direction to security and surveillance personnel. The Security Manager will report to the General Manager and oversee the Ajman Security Operation, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.

Candidate Profile

Education and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role within hospitality security.
- Skills:
- High level of computer literacy.
- Proficient in Access Control and CCTV Systems Management.
- Excellent knowledge of UAE laws.
- Strong administrative skills for handling monthly or client reports and investigations.
- Certifications: TSTI or NSI Security Manager Certificate (fresh candidates are welcome to apply).
- Communication: Highly developed written and oral communication skills.
- Marketing: Experience and connections in marketing security services are a plus.

Core Responsibilities

Operational Management:
- Oversee daily security operations, ensuring all safety regulations are followed.
- Monitor and ensure that security officers provide courteous and professional service to all customers, staff, vendors, and suppliers.
- Guide, supervise, and motivate the performance of all security personnel.
- Brief Security Officers daily on their duties, ensuring they have the necessary information and equipment.

Administrative and Leadership Duties:
- Utilize extensive administrative experience and management skills to lead effectively.
- Review and suggest adjustments to processes based on current and future environments.
- Implement analysis and critical thinking to evaluate security performance and anticipate potential issues.
- Plan and conduct regular training for security personnel.

Decision Making and Multitasking:
- Make capable decisions and multitask effectively.
- Conduct thorough evaluations of security operations to predict and address issues before they arise.

Communication and Reporting:
- Maintain highly developed communication skills, both written and oral.
- Provide clear instructions and explanations to security personnel.
- Prepare and manage monthly or client reports and investigations.

Marketing and Client Relations:
- Leverage strong experience and connections in marketing the company's security services.
