Roles & Responsibilities:

Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair of complex systems within the designated area of expertise to minimize downtime.
Innovate maintenance solutions tailored to the unique constraints of island operations, including limited storage and resource availability.
Act as a technical leader, providing support and sharing hands-on expertise with service delivery teams.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure maintenance strategies align with high operational excellence and service standards.
Apply creative thinking to develop and implement effective solutions for maintenance challenges, especially when conventional resources or parts are unavailable.
Ensure reliable operation of all systems within the technical domain, maintaining high standards for luxury and seamless guest experiences.
Drive the implementation of maintenance strategies that promote longevity and efficiency of the facilities' systems.
Demonstrate a strong capacity for innovation, particularly in overcoming logistical challenges related to the remote location of Sindalah.
Lead by example in adaptability, delivering solutions in a fast-paced and evolving luxury environment.
Empower service partners through active collaboration and knowledge sharing, enhancing the collective ability to deliver high-quality services.

Requirements:

Fluent in Russian (spoken and written).
Proven experience in facilities management, particularly in troubleshooting and repairing complex systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to innovate maintenance solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Adaptability to work in a remote location with limited resources.
Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to empower service partners.
