Role Overview:
We are expanding our team and currently seeking a Tax Specialist for our Dubai office. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company's tax compliance and strategies in a multinational context.

Key Responsibilities:

Tax Compliance Management:
- Oversee tax compliance matters, including Tax Residence Certificate, addressing indirect and direct taxation issues, and managing withholding tax issues.
- Specialize in transfer pricing and cash pooling arrangements, ensuring alignment with global tax regulations.
- Develop and implement internal governance policies related to tax, ensuring regular compliance monitoring in a multinational environment.

Liaison and Risk Management:
- Liaise with auditors, tax advisers, and relevant authorities on tax-related governance issues.
- Research and evaluate risk factors in business decisions from a tax perspective.
- Provide proactive advice on potential tax issues and risk management.

Documentation and Record Keeping:
- Develop and maintain a filing and retrieval system for all tax-related records and documents.

Requirements:

Qualifications:
- BSc degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or a related field; a post-graduate degree in Tax Law or related field is a plus.

Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in tax compliance and strategy, with specific exposure to multinational corporations.
- Strong experience in transfer pricing and understanding of cash pooling arrangements.
- Good understanding of Hong Kong corporate tax law is advantageous.

Language:
- Proficiency in French and English.
