Position Overview:
Royal Pearl Real Estate, located in Business Bay, Dubai, is looking for a driven and experienced Team Leader to lead and mentor our sales team. This is a key leadership role within our organization, requiring a proven track record in real estate sales management and the ability to bring and lead a team towards achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Team Leadership & Mentoring:
Lead, monitor, and mentor the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring the achievement of sales goals.

- Training & Coordination:
Conduct regular training sessions and coordinate briefings at developers' offices to keep the team updated with the latest market offerings.

- Performance Monitoring:
Perform daily follow-ups with agents, inspect CRM entries, and track progress to ensure team productivity and efficiency.

- Motivation & Sales Target Setting:
Motivate the team by setting clear sales targets and ensuring they are met or exceeded.

- Team Building:
Bring an established team with you to strengthen and enhance the overall success of Royal Pearl Real Estate.

- Proven experience as a Team Leader within the real estate sector.
