Job Description

Job Title: Part-Time Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling: Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients from provided lead lists or databases. Introduce our products/services, highlight key features and benefits, and generate interest in making a purchase.

2. Lead Qualification: Qualify leads by assessing their needs, budget, and purchasing timeline. Identify decision-makers and influencers within the organization to target sales efforts effectively.

3. Relationship Building: Build rapport with potential clients through effective communication and active listening. Address any questions or concerns they may have and provide accurate information to encourage sales conversions.

4. Sales Pitch Delivery: Deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to the needs and preferences of each prospect. Overcome objections and effectively communicate value propositions to encourage commitment to purchase.

5. Follow-Up and Closing: Follow up with leads through multiple communication channels (phone, email, etc.) to nurture relationships and guide them through the sales process. Close sales deals and achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.

6. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including call logs, lead information, and sales outcomes. Utilize CRM software or other sales tracking tools to manage leads and opportunities effectively.

7. Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team and sales management to share insights, discuss strategies, and contribute to overall sales performance improvement.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in telesales or outbound sales, preferably in a similar industry or environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software or other sales tracking tools is preferred.
- Availability to work part-time hours, with flexibility to adjust schedule as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus.
