Position: Telesales Executive

About Us:
We are urgently seeking a Telesales Executive with significant experience in the Exhibition/Events Industry to join our dynamic team. Proven expertise in telesales is essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

1. Sales Experience:
- Proven track record in telesales or other sales/customer service roles.
- Successful history of meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone.

2. Sales Ability:
- Demonstrated strong sales ability and the capability to convert leads into sales.

3. Resilience:
- Ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.

4. Call Volume:
- Expected to reach a daily average of 80-100 calls per day.

5. Tele Sales/Telemarketing Experience:
- Preferably 1-2 years of relevant tele sales/telemarketing experience, including lead generation and responding to telephone queries.

6. Language Skills:
- Effective English language written and oral communication skills.

7. Technical Proficiency:
- Good understanding of MS Applications – Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.

8. Team Collaboration:
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively.

9. Attention to Detail:
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
