Role Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated Tele Sales Executives to join our team. As a Telesales Executive, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, prospecting potential clients, and closing deals over the phone. Your primary objective will be to connect with prospective buyers, sellers, and investors, guiding them through the real estate process to meet their needs and achieve their goals. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Business Bay, Dubai.

Responsibilities:

- Proactively reach out to potential clients through outbound calls to generate leads and identify sales opportunities.
- Engage with prospects in a consultative manner, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing personalized solutions to meet their requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, follow up on inquiries, and nurture leads through the sales pipeline to closure.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills in English. Proficiency in other languages such as Arabic, German, Russian, Mandarin, Cantonese, Spanish, or Italian is advantageous.
- Proven experience in tele calling within the real estate industry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping clients achieve their homeownership goals.
- Results-driven, motivated, and capable of working independently to meet and exceed targets.

Skills Required:

- Sales expertise, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in cold calling techniques.
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively.
