Job Summary:

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Telesales Agent to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in telesales or customer service, with a strong ability to engage with potential clients over the phone. While experience in real estate is a plus, it is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Outreach:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote company services and products.
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to clients.

- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

- Record Keeping:
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities.

Requirements:

- Experience:
- Proven experience in telesales or customer service.
- Experience in the real estate sector is a plus.

- Skills:
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Compensation:
