Job Title: Time Keeper

We are a leading organization dedicated to providing exceptional services and solutions in our industry. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Time Keeper to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate tracking of employees' work hours and maintaining precise attendance records.

Job Purpose Summary:

The Time Keeper is responsible for accurately recording and tracking employees' work hours, including regular hours, overtime, vacation time, sick leave, and other types of absences. This role involves preparing and submitting regular reports summarizing employee hours worked, maintaining time and attendance data, and ensuring the accuracy of timecards and timesheets.

Responsibilities:

- Record and Track Work Hours: Accurately record and track employees' work hours, including regular hours, overtime, vacation time, sick leave, and other types of absences.
- Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit regular reports summarizing employee hours worked for management review.
- Maintain Time and Attendance Data: Input and maintain time and attendance data in the organization's designated system or software. This may involve manual data entry or the use of electronic timekeeping tools.
- Review Time Records: Review timecards, timesheets, and attendance records for accuracy and completeness, ensuring they match actual work hours.
- Generate Reports: Generate reports as required by management, providing insights into employee attendance and timekeeping.
- Handle Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks related to timekeeping, such as handling gate passes for workers and staff.
- Communication and Coordination: Communicate effectively with employees and supervisors to address timekeeping issues and ensure accurate records.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in UAE, specifically handling timekeeping for 1000 plus workers/staff.
- Timekeeping Software Proficiency: Familiarity with timekeeping software and tools, as well as proficiency in using spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
- Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in time and attendance records.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees and supervisors.
- Administrative Skills: Ability to handle administrative tasks related to timekeeping efficiently.
- Immediate Availability: Immediate joiners are highly recommended.
