Job Title: Guest Experience Specialist

Job Summary:
As a Guest Experience Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring guests live the "Ultimate Experience." This position requires hands-on support, direction, and assistance to colleagues, maintaining the highest levels of service and courtesy. Your responsibilities will include handling guest complaints, ensuring the proper setup of rooms/restaurants, maintaining an elegantly appointed environment, and providing superior service during all dining periods.

Main Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Ensure guests experience the "Ultimate Experience" through exceptional service.
2. Provide hands-on support and direction to colleagues, ensuring high service and courtesy standards.
3. Handle guest complaints according to policy, resolving issues to guest satisfaction.
4. Oversee room/restaurant setup, maintaining established standards.
5. Develop and maintain an elegantly appointed environment for a distinctive dining experience.
6. Perform opening and closing duties, preparing the outlet for business operations.
7. Implement correct and consistent service techniques for various meal periods.
8. Anticipate materials and supplies needed, ensuring availability for operations.
9. Control usage of food and beverage items and ensure proper usage of equipment.
10. Understand all menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and proper service.
11. Promote positive public relations and address guest concerns promptly.
12. Utilize computer systems for order processing, printing, and generating shift reports.
13. Respond appropriately in hotel emergencies or safety situations.
14. Identify guest preferences and communicate them effectively within the team.

Candidate Profile:
- High school diploma or Hotel School Degree.
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar role in a 5-star international environment.
- Training in up-selling skills, HACCP, and knowledge of Micros system.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment.
- Organized, well-planned, and able to work efficiently with a positive attitude.
