Job Opportunity: Guest Service Representative


Role and Responsibilities:
As a Guest Service Representative, you will:
- Receive guest inquiries in person or through telephone calls and direct them to the appropriate parties.
- Conduct pre and post-service follow-up and assist the Service team in contacting customers for maintenance check-ups or services.
- Answer all incoming service department calls following company policies and good telephone etiquette.
- Assist Service Advisors in contacting customers about the readiness of their serviced vehicles.
- Take written messages for occupied personnel and ensure timely notification of pending issues.
- Maintain high personal grooming standards and report any conditions that may jeopardize safety or welfare.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Customer (Guest) and Personal Service: Limited knowledge of providing personal services to customers, including needs assessment and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- English Language: Basic knowledge of the structure and content of the English language.
