Job Opportunity: Quality Management Professional

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Quality Management Professional. In this role, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of quality standards, management systems, policies, and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of continuous improvement business models, compliance requirements, and a commitment to fostering a quality assurance mindset within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement quality standards, management systems, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain the Quality Management System to ensure continuous improvement.
- Report to top management on the performance of the Quality Management System and areas for improvement.
- Promote and create awareness for compliance with customer quality requirements, regulatory and industry standards, and internal company guidelines.
- Manage local Quality objectives, targets, aspects, and programs, participating in global quality projects as required.
- Ensure the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.
- Update, control, and maintain quality-related documents and records.
- Conduct an annual review of the Quality Management System through a standardized corporate internal audit process.
- Schedule and manage all audits, coordinating with all departments and HQ as required (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Analyze and interpret audit results, introduce and control resulting actions required.
- Conduct Quality-related orientations and trainings for all levels of employees.
- Strive to instill and continually improve a quality assurance mindset within the company culture.
- Fill out quality-related questionnaires and provide support documentation for proposals and RFPs.
- Fill out HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) related questionnaires and provide support documentation for proposals and RFPs.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience in developing and implementing quality standards and management systems.
- Strong knowledge of continuous improvement business models.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to conduct internal audits and interpret results.
- Commitment to fostering a quality assurance mindset within the organization.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively.
