Job Opportunity: Senior Product Specialist (Gastroenterology, Urology, General Surgery/Laparoscopy/Gynecology)

Job Description:


Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Target Achievement:
- Achieve annual sales targets, including financial and non-financial indicators.
- Spend 80% of time effectively in the field with influential end users.

2. Sales Action Plan:
- Execute a pre-assigned sales action plan to generate new sales leads.
- Coordinate with superiors for double calls, international site visits, and supplier visits.

3. Tenders and Sales Reports:
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on submitted offers and tenders to generate orders.
- Prepare timely sales reports and plan of actions.

4. Customer Satisfaction:
- Maintain good understanding of medical centers and their daily practices.
- Ensure existing users are satisfied and well-trained to operate our equipment.

5. Market Knowledge:
- Continuously enhance product and market knowledge.
- Spend at least 70% of time in the field.

6. Symposiums and Demonstrations:
- Support in symposiums and conduct demonstrations, workshops, and presentations.
- Coordinate with marketing for booth setup, materials, and demo items.

7. KOL Management:
- Understand and apply the basic principles of Key Opinion Leader (KOL) management.
- Lead relationships with KOLs for mutual benefit.

8. Sales Process:
- Know all procedures in ordering products and delivering them to hospitals.
- Be responsible for executing sales and marketing plans in assigned accounts.

9. Post-Sales Activities:
- Conduct pre and post-sales activities for maximum customer satisfaction.
- Handle installation, training, in-service, and all needed actions for final acceptance.

Skills:

Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in selling Gastroenterology, Urology, and General Surgery/Laparoscopy/Gynecology products.
- Attended live cases and assisted doctors/nurses in the operating room.
