Job Title: Graphic and UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a creative and experienced Graphic and UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing responsive web pages, user interfaces, and experiences for various digital platforms, as well as creating compelling graphics and visual content to enhance client engagement and branding.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Design and Development:
- Design responsive landing pages and user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) for client websites, web portals, and mobile applications.
- Create high-quality graphics, images, and social media content that capture attention and resonate with target audiences.
- Develop unique icons and illustrations to enhance client branding and messaging.
- Craft visually engaging email templates, white papers, eBooks, and presentations.

- Visual Assets:
- Produce eye-catching animated videos and instructional visual assets to support marketing campaigns and user education.

- Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with other designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective design solutions.
- Utilize project management tools like Jira and collaboration platforms like Miro to streamline workflows and foster effective communication.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Experience and Skills:
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer or UI/UX Designer.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, XD) and Figma.
- Expertise in creating user-centered UI/UX designs for responsive websites and mobile applications.
- Strong eye for design, with a passion for visual storytelling and the ability to translate complex information into clear and engaging visual assets.

- Qualifications:
- Excellent attention to detail and exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines consistently and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Jira and collaboration platforms like Miro.
