Job Title: Project Manager - Civil (Infrastructure)

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - Civil (Infrastructure) to oversee the planning, coordination, and management of infrastructure projects from initiation to completion. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Planning and Budgeting:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including budget estimates, timelines, and resource allocation for infrastructure projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, and deliverables.

- Progress Monitoring:
- Monitor project progress against the plan, identify deviations, and recommend corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Provide regular status reports to management and stakeholders.

- Risk and Issue Management:
- Identify project risks and issues, implement mitigation strategies, and manage resolution processes.
- Ensure that all risks and issues are effectively communicated and addressed.

- Project Requirements and Documentation:
- Define, document, and communicate project requirements and deliverables to all stakeholders.
- Ensure that all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

- Financial Management:
- Track and manage project expenditures to ensure financial goals are met and projects remain within budget.

- Leadership and Team Management:
- Provide leadership and direction to project team members and stakeholders.
- Foster a collaborative environment to ensure project success.

- Compliance and Standards:
- Ensure all projects adhere to standard operating procedures, policies, and guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Experience:
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in infrastructure-related projects, preferably within GCC countries.

- Knowledge:
- Extensive knowledge and experience in the following areas:
- Road Works, including Road Signs and Markings
- Traffic Signals and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS)
- Storm Water and Foul Sewer Networks
- Lifting Stations and Pumping Stations (Civil and MEP work)
- Potable Water Networks, TSE, and Irrigation Networks
- Electrical Distribution and Street Lighting Networks
- Telecommunication Network Provisions/Containment
- Micro-tunneling and HDD
- Landscaping
- Bridge Construction
- Tunnel or Underpass Construction
- Construction of Slips Roads and Junctions
- Relocation or Rerouting of Existing Utilities

- Skills:
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead complex infrastructure projects.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.

- Qualifications:
- A relevant degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.
