Job Description

Job Title: Sales and Marketing Officer

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales and Marketing Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, generating leads, and driving sales growth. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and strong sales skills to effectively promote our products/services and expand our customer base.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Marketing Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels.

- Sales and Lead Generation:
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.

- Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly.

- Industry and Market Awareness:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities.
- Analyze market data to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.

- Reporting and Administration:
- Prepare and present sales and marketing reports to management.
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage sales activities and customer interactions.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in sales and/or marketing.
- Certification in sales or marketing is advantageous.

- Skills and Attributes:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is desirable.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
- Strong understanding of industry practices and trends.
- Valid driver’s license.

- Bahraini National.
