Job Opening: Sales Executive

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers warmly upon their arrival.
2. Assist customers in locating items within the store.
3. Check inventory at other branches or place orders for requested stock.
4. Provide customers with detailed information about various products.
5. Process purchases and handle transactions at the checkout.
6. Escalate customer complaints to the management team.
7. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels.
8. Ensure a clean and organized store environment.

Requirements:

1. Exceptional communication skills.
2. Professional and presentable appearance.
3. Flexibility with work hours, especially during busy shifts.
4. Previous experience in retail is preferred.
5. Outstanding customer service skills.
6. Motivated to thrive in a fast-paced retail setting.
