Job Title: Kitchen Steward

Job Type: Full-time

Qualifications and Experience:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Kitchen Steward.
- Knowledge of chemicals, cutlery, and crockery.
- Proficient in reading and writing English.
- Hotel Management candidates are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Dishwashing: Wash and sanitize kitchen utensils, dishes, and equipment.
2. Cleaning: Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the kitchen area.
3. Chemical Handling: Safely handle and use cleaning chemicals and detergents.
4. Cutlery and Crockery: Ensure proper storage and organization of cutlery and crockery.
5. Assistance: Provide assistance to kitchen staff as needed.
6. Adherence to Standards: Follow hygiene and safety standards in all kitchen activities.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Kitchen Steward.
- Knowledge of chemicals, cutlery, and crockery.
- Proficient in reading and writing English.
- Full-time availability for the 6-month shutdown project.
- Hotel Management candidates are preferred.
