Job Opportunity: Guest Services Executive - Front Office (Omani Nationals)

Role: Guest Services Executive - Front Office

Responsibilities:
- Anticipate and meet guests’ needs and requests, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
- Recognize repeat and important guests, establishing and developing personal guest contact.
- Order and ensure timely delivery of amenities for VIP and Suite guests.
- Inspect rooms of VIP and Suite guests prior to their arrival.
- Cover shifts on the guest services’ desk and lobby duty in accordance with duty roster.
- Attend to special requests made by VIP and Suite guests.
- Print and action Guests Services’ trace report.
- Meet and escort arriving guests to their rooms.
- Carry out courtesy calls to VIPs and Suites.
- Assist in writing and maintaining guests' history.
- Provide tours of the hotel and its facilities.
- Assist guests with general inquiries about the hotel and its facilities.
- Assist with group registration when required.
- Maximize revenue by participating in upsell programs.

Requirements:
- Previous Hotel Experience (through studies or work experience) in a 5-star hotel.
- Some Computer Knowledge (basic experience with windows, internet explorer, and word).
- Previous Front Office Experience.
- Previous Experience in Opera.
