About the Role:

As an HR Coordinator at Qatar Airways, based in Muscat, you will be a crucial part of the International HR team, providing support for departments operating across functional stations in the Sultanate of Oman. Reporting to the Regional HR Business Partner, you will contribute to employee relations, compensation and benefits, leadership development, performance management, and talent management.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide HR services from employee onboarding to contract expiry.

2. Support the end-to-end employee experience in Commercial, Ground Services, and Cargo departments.

3. Address HR queries from Head Office and Regional Office in coordination with Local Managers.

4. Prepare HR documentation for recruitment, promotions, appointments, and salary reviews.

5. Ensure compliance with local legal requirements.

6. Follow up on recruitment procedures in coordination with Local Managers.

7. Facilitate induction and onboarding of new staff.

8. Support performance management and disciplinary processes.

9. Prepare HR reports required by Regional HR Management.

10. Coordinate employee Annual Leave Balances, sick leave, updates in Oracle, and maintain Personal Files.

11. Implement HR and Administration policies smoothly.

12. Perform administrative duties to support HR records and administration requirements.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree.

- 4 years relevant experience in an HR Coordinator role in a fast-paced, multisite environment.

- Experience in supporting recruitment activities, investigations, grievance and disciplinary matters.

- Comprehensive knowledge of employment law and government compliance regulations.

- Exposure to HR Management Systems.

- Airline experience is an added advantage.

- Legal rights to live and work in Oman.
