Role: Commercial Strategy Manager Location: Oman Reporting to: Chief Commercial Officer Responsibilities: - Identify strategic challenges and opportunities influencing business growth and profitability. - Prepare commercial strategies, plans, and objectives based on identified challenges and opportunities. - Manage and build long-term relationships with new and existing clients and brokers. - Prepare investment proposals to drive the success of the company. - Utilize strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with board-level executives. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics. - Minimum of five years of relevant experience, with exposure to the shipping industry. - Proven strategic and analytic skills. - Comfortable presenting to board-level executives. - Fluent in English (both written and spoken); Arabic fluency is advantageous.
