Job Description

Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Our reputed client in Oman is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for their 3-star to 4-star restaurant. The ideal candidate should have a background in Hotel Management, be proficient in Malayalam, and possess significant managerial experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service.
2. Staff Management: Supervise and manage restaurant staff, ensuring a positive working environment.
3. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and attention to customer needs.
4. Financial Management: Manage the restaurant budget, monitor expenses, and contribute to revenue growth.
5. Quality Control: Maintain quality and hygiene standards in the restaurant.
6. Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills.
7. Marketing and Promotion: Contribute to marketing and promotional activities to attract customers.

Qualifications and Experience:

- BSc in Hotel Management or Diploma in Hotel Management.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager.
- Proficiency in Malayalam is essential.
- Experience in managing a 3-star to 4-star restaurant.
