As a Colourist Hairstylist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our clients' beauty experience. Your expertise in hair colouring techniques and a keen eye for detail will be essential in helping us achieve our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

- Hair Coloring: Deliver top-tier hair coloring services using a variety of techniques, including highlights, lowlights, balayage, Ombre, and more.
- Client Consultations: Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' needs, preferences, and recommend the most suitable color solutions.
- Customization: Create customized hair color formulas and application methods to achieve clients' desired looks.
- Client Education: Provide clients with aftercare guidance and advice on maintaining their hair color.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest hair coloring products, trends, and techniques.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure workstations and equipment are maintained and sanitized in accordance with salon standards.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Colorist Hairstylist with a strong portfolio of work.
- Proficiency in a wide range of hair coloring techniques and trends.
- Excellent client communication and consultation skills.
- Licensed or certified in hair coloring techniques and cosmetology.
