Job Description

Job Title: Sales Representative

- Prospect, qualify, and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals, to expand the customer base and meet sales targets.
- Conduct research to understand customer needs, preferences, and pain points, and tailor product/service offerings to address their specific requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients, acting as a trusted advisor and resource to guide them through the sales process.
- Present and demonstrate products/services to clients, highlighting key features, benefits, and value propositions to effectively communicate the value proposition and drive sales conversions.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and quotations, outlining pricing, terms, and conditions in alignment with company policies and customer expectations.
- Negotiate sales agreements and contracts, leveraging persuasion and negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and close deals in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and maintain a competitive edge.
- Track sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software or other sales management tools, and provide regular updates and reports to management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role, preferably in [industry or sector].
- Strong sales acumen and a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Persuasive presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence purchasing decisions and close deals.
- Self-motivated and proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a willingness to travel as needed.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required, depending on the nature of the role.
