Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and professional Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and computer skills, be well-organized, and able to multitask effectively. This position is available immediately and is open to female candidates only.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or staff member.
- Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document organization.
- Prepare and distribute internal and external communications as needed.
- Manage and distribute incoming mail and emails to the appropriate recipients.
- Maintain a well-organized reception area and office environment.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with clients.
- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth office operations.

Requirements:
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience as an administrative assistant.
- Skills:
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Well-organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to develop positive working relationships with clients.
- Availability: Can start immediately.
- Gender: Females only.
- Language: Proficiency in English (required).
