Job Title: IT Administrator

We are seeking a skilled IT Administrator with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our team. This role requires immediate availability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Network Administration: Manage and maintain our company's network infrastructure, including servers, routers, switches, and firewalls.

2. System Security: Implement and monitor security measures to protect the company's systems and data.

3. IT Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.

4. Backup and Recovery: Implement backup and disaster recovery plans to ensure data integrity and availability.

5. User Management: Set up and manage user accounts and permissions across various systems.

6. Documentation: Maintain documentation of IT systems, configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.

7. Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for IT-related services and support.

Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as an IT Administrator or in a similar role.

- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in network administration, including LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Strong knowledge of system security principles and best practices.
- Experience with Windows and/or Linux server environments.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).

- Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
