IT TECHNICIAN

Job Title: IT Technician

Experience Required:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the UAE.
- Experience with servers, switches, access points, firewalls, CCTV, and security control systems.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in computer networks and systems maintenance.
- A+, Linux+, or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) accreditation is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
- Replace parts as required.
- Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
- Support the roll-out of new applications and manage security access and backup systems.
- Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems.

Application Requirement:
- Ability to reliably commute to Sharjah or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).
