Job Title: Light Duty Driver

Roles & Responsibilities

- Delivery and Pickup:
- Responsible for delivering goods to and from designated locations on time.
- Prepare receipts and verify orders to ensure accurate delivery.

- Vehicle Inspection and Maintenance:
- Inspect the vehicle before starting each delivery/movement.
- Perform minor repairs and proper care of the vehicle to reduce repair costs and avoid delays.

- Loading and Unloading:
- Handle loading and unloading with care to prevent transit damage.
- Follow safety norms during these processes.

- Procedure Compliance:
- Adhere to company delivery procedures and maintain vehicle movement records.

- Safe Operation:
- Operate the company vehicle with care, avoiding damages to minimize maintenance costs.
- Follow traffic rules and road safety norms to avoid accidents and maintain the company’s image.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Communication Skills:
- Good communication skills in English.
- Hindi and Arabic are additional advantages.

- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of driving experience in the UAE.

- Attributes:
- Reliable and punctual.
- Ability to understand UAE roads and routes for efficient delivery.
- Good interpersonal skills, self-starter, and capable of handling multiple deliveries.

- License and Health:
- Valid UAE Driving License #3 (up to 6).
- Good eyesight as per RTA norms and overall good health condition.
