Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Purchase Management:
- Source and purchase goods and services as required by the company.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with suppliers.
- Ensure timely delivery of products and services.

- Supplier Relations:
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues.

- Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and industry trends.
- Compare prices and quality to make informed purchasing decisions.

- Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier communications.

- Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams to understand their procurement needs.
- Coordinate with logistics to manage inventory and deliveries.

Requirements

- Language:
- Fluent in English.

- Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the Procurement Industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
