Job Description: Receptionist - Emirati

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Maintain discipline and decorum in the reception area.

2. Greet and properly direct visitors, including vendors, clients, job candidates, and customers.

3. Answer visitor queries and provide required information.

4. Handle all calls and visitors at the reception.

5. Manage missed call logs and inform respective departments accordingly.

6. Maintain a follow-up list of missed calls.

7. Encode visitor information sheets acquired from exhibitions, school visits, etc.

8. Conduct Arabic typing related to the Marketing Department or other departments as required.

9. Track advertisements placed monthly and inform Marketing Staff of forthcoming ads locally and internationally.

10. Communicate and confirm English and Maths placement examinations to prospective students and inform them of the results.

11. Update scholarship allocations in EMS and manage appointments and confirmations through email or phone calls.

12. Coordinate MOUs with DOPR & DOMC.

13. Maintain the calendar of career fairs.

14. Schedule appointments for Arab schools and government agencies as directed by DOPR.

15. Assist callers and visitors during peak enrollment times.

- Proficiency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).

- Leadership and teamwork abilities.

- Computer literacy (proficiency in MS Office, etc.).

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Time management and self-organization abilities.

Qualification:

- Bachelor’s Degree

Preferred Experience:

- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in Marketing in an MNC, Educational, or FMCG sector.
