Job Title: Telesales Agent

Job Summary:
KeySpace Real Estate, a leading real estate broker in the Northern Emirates, is seeking a motivated Telesales Representative to join our dynamic team. The primary role involves reaching out to potential clients via telephone, engaging them in meaningful conversations, and scheduling appointments with our experienced real estate agents.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using the company's database and lead generation strategies.
- Engage clients in friendly and professional conversations, understanding their real estate needs and preferences.
- Communicate the company's value proposition and the benefits of our real estate services effectively.
- Schedule appointments between clients and our real estate agents, ensuring a smooth transition from initial contact to face-to-face meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls, appointments, and client interactions using the company's CRM system.

Qualifications:
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Excellent active listening skills and the ability to understand and address client needs.
- High level of self-motivation, resilience, and a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in Ajman.

Additional Requirements:
- Ability to reliably commute to Ajman or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred).
