Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Job Purpose:
As a Warehouse Manager for our retail store, you will be responsible for overseeing the storage, movement, and distribution of merchandise. Your role ensures products are readily available for sale in stores or for online orders, maintaining efficiency and meeting customer demands.

Key Responsibility Areas:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders to meet customer demands.
- Train, schedule, and supervise warehouse staff to maintain smooth operations and uphold safety and quality standards.
- Enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance for a secure working environment.
- Manage maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment to optimize efficiency and safety.
- Implement quality control measures for accurate inventory and order fulfillment.
- Generate and analyze reports on inventory turnover, order accuracy, and delivery performance to drive improvements.
- Identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving strategies to enhance warehouse productivity.

Competencies Required:
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software.
- Effective leadership and team management abilities.

Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse management.
