Job Description

Position Title: Receptionist

1. Greeting and Hospitality:
- Greet guests and clients professionally.
- Inform hosts of guest arrivals and offer drinks if needed.

2. Boardroom Management:
- Take and record boardroom bookings.
- Set up and prepare the boardroom for meetings.
- Coordinate catering and equipment requirements.
- Clear the boardroom after meetings or coordinate cleanup.

3. Communication Handling:
- Answer calls courteously.
- Direct calls to appropriate colleagues.
- Take accurate messages and ensure timely relay of queries.
- Log international calls and manage mail.

4. General Office Support:
- Keep the reception area and pantry clean and organized.
- Maintain stationery and pantry supplies.
- Coordinate with various departments for maintenance and stock replenishment.

5. Administrative Tasks:
- Perform filing, binding, scanning, and photocopying.
- Ensure requested assignments are completed with precision and punctuality.
- Assist with document collection and distribution.
- Liaise with drivers for various tasks.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of two years of home country experience in a front-of-the-house and secretarial capacity is required.
- Proficiency in the English language and strong communication skills are essential.
