Job Title: Waiter

Responsibilities:

- Greeting and seating customers in a courteous and timely manner.
- Presenting menus to patrons and explaining menu items.
- Taking customer orders and conveying them accurately to the kitchen staff.
- Serving food and beverages to customers.
- Checking in with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Providing recommendations on food and drink options.
- Upselling additional items to enhance the dining experience.
- Handling cash and processing payments.
- Cleaning and setting up dining areas.
- Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Following restaurant policies and procedures.

Requirements:

- Experience as a waiter, preferably in a cinema or fine dining hotel/restaurant.
- Must have an F&B Health Certificate.
- Basic knowledge of English.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Neat and presentable with a focus on personal hygiene.
