Job Description

Job Title: Sales Coordinator

- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of sales-related documents, such as proposals, contracts, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, providing product information, and addressing concerns in a timely and courteous manner.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of sales activities and timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales orders, customer interactions, and inventory levels using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software or other sales management tools.
- Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts, performance reports, and other analytical documents to track sales progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support the sales team in organizing and participating in promotional events, trade shows, and customer visits, as needed.
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop sales collateral, promotional materials, and advertising campaigns to support sales initiatives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential leads, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new sales team members, providing guidance on sales processes, systems, and best practices.
