Job Description

Job Title: Fleet Support Officer

The Fleet Support Officer is responsible for overseeing rider operations, managing performance metrics, resolving complaints, and ensuring compliance with delivery service policies. This role involves administrative tasks, data analysis, and reporting to enhance fleet efficiency and support operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Rider Supervision and Performance Monitoring:
- Supervise and monitor rider operations across the respective emirates.
- Continuously track rider performance metrics, including late logins, no-shows, acceptance rates, working hours, percentage of late orders, average delivery time, and response speed.

- Issue Identification and Resolution:
- Identify and address issues with processes or data gaps.
- Communicate solutions effectively to management.

- Complaint Management:
- Manage and resolve rider-related complaints from external stakeholders.
- Handle phone inquiries and complaints from riders professionally and courteously.

- Administrative Tasks:
- Oversee rider activations and maintain an updated rider database.
- Resolve additional rider inquiries and manage delivery tracking systems and dashboards.

- Workflow and Compliance Management:
- Organize workflow to ensure compliance with delivery service department policies and procedures.
- Maintain knowledge of fleet information and user surveys to forecast new requirements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable RTA and ICT laws and company policies.

- Reporting and Data Analysis:
- Create reports in MS Excel and Google Sheets focusing on business improvement.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly fleet performance reports.
- Maintain monthly vehicle maintenance and petrol consumption records.
- Analyze data to optimize outcomes and present findings to higher management.
- Perform audits on operations and evaluate processes as required.

- Operational Flexibility:
- Employees may be deployed to any emirate and assigned to different departments based on operational needs.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university.

- Experience:
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in the UAE with major food delivery services companies.

- Licenses:
- Valid UAE driving license.

- Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi/Urdu.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
