Job Description

Position: QA/QC (Food Safety & Catering)

Responsibilities:

1. Quality Assurance and Quality Control:
- Implement and maintain quality assurance and control procedures in hospitality and catering operations.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations, including HACCP guidelines.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to monitor compliance with food safety and quality standards.
- Provide guidance and support to staff regarding food safety practices and procedures.

2. Implementation of EMS, OSHAD, QMS, and QHSE Practices:
- Implement and maintain Environmental Management Systems (EMS), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards, Quality Management Systems (QMS), and Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) practices.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and standards in the hospitality and catering industry.

3. Analytical Skills and Reporting:
- Utilize excellent analytical skills to identify areas for improvement in food safety and catering operations.
- Prepare detailed audit reports, including findings and recommended preventive and corrective measures.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on quality assurance and control activities.

4. Training and Development:
- Conduct training sessions for staff on food safety practices, quality assurance procedures, and other relevant topics.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by providing ongoing training and development opportunities for staff.

5. Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
- Demonstrate outstanding interpersonal and communication skills when interacting with staff, management, and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve quality and safety objectives.

Requirements:

- Age: Between 27-35 years.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality and catering operations, preferably in a similar position.
- Education: Graduate with at least a HACCP and HABC level certification.
- Proficient in the implementation of EMS, OSHAD, QMS, and QHSE practices.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office.
- Fluency in written and verbal English language.
- Strong personality with the ability to handle pressure and resolve issues effectively.
- Capable of providing detailed audit reports with relevant preventive and corrective measures.
- Excellent training and report writing skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Dynamic, confident, and a team player.
