Job Description

Position:** QA / QC (Food Safety & Catering)

Age Requirement: Between 27-35 years

Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality and catering operations, in a similar position.
- Graduate with at least a HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) certification.
- Qualified in implementing EMS (Environmental Management Systems), OSHAD (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), QMS (Quality Management Systems), and QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) practices.

Skills:
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices.
- Fluency in written and verbal English.
- Confident with a strong personality.
- Ability to handle pressure and resolve issues with a positive outlook.
- Capable of providing detailed audit reports with necessary preventive and corrective measures.
- Excellent training and report writing skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Dynamic and a team player.

Role Overview:
The QA / QC (Food Safety & Catering) position requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in hospitality and catering operations. The role involves ensuring compliance with food safety standards, implementing quality management systems, and conducting audits to maintain high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain food safety standards in accordance with HACCP guidelines.
- Oversee quality control processes in catering operations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Implement EMS, OSHAD, QMS, and QHSE practices to promote a culture of safety and quality.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to standards.
- Provide detailed audit reports with necessary preventive and corrective measures.
- Train staff on food safety practices and quality control procedures.
- Collaborate with management to resolve issues and implement improvements.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure understanding and compliance with standards.
- Act as a mentor and coach to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
