Job Description

The Head of the CEO Office is responsible for supporting the CEO in executing strategic initiatives, managing key stakeholder relationships, and overseeing high-priority projects. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work closely with all levels of the organization.

Description

Assist the CEO in developing and implementing strategic plans and objectives. Provide insights and recommendations based on thorough analysis and understanding of the business.
Oversee key projects within the organization to ensure they are progressing as planned. This includes tracking project status, coordinating with relevant stakeholders, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Manage relationships with key stakeholders both within and outside the organization. Act as a liaison between the CEO's office and other departments or external partners.
Lead by example by embodying the company's values and culture. Foster an environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
Ensure clear communication between the CEO's office and other parts of the organization. This includes preparing reports, presentations, or other materials as needed.
Profile

UAE National with Family Book (REQUIRED)
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or related field.
8+ years of experience providing support to upper-level management.
Strong leadership skills.
Excellent social and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think strategically and handle complex projects.
High level of discretion due to exposure to confidential information.
