Good at using feedback and support to develop yourself and others.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for the maintenance and submission of staff data, both computerized and manual records, ensuring that the monthly payroll deadline is met and maintaining confidentiality.
Maintain staff records, including sickness, special leave, punctuality, annual leave, other leave, retirement and resignation, grievance, and disciplinary matters.
Operate and manage the Staff Reporting system.
Update and maintain staff and student lists.
