Job Title: Arabic School Principal

Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Education Management and/or Administration.
- Extensive leadership skills and relevant experience are a must.
- Experience with the MoE curriculum.
- IB Curriculum experience is required.
- Bilingualism is a plus.
- Immediate availability to start.

Role and Responsibilities:
1. Provide clear strategic direction and leadership.
2. Ensure the curriculum's excellent quality through regular review and evaluation.
3. Monitor the quality of teaching and learning, maintaining high standards for all year groups and classes.
4. Lead the staff team to support the physical, emotional, and social development of every student.
5. Establish an orderly, stimulating, and motivational culture fostering a strong sense of school community.
6. Lead the school appraisal system to ensure first-class learning.
7. Create a culture and environment conducive to student thriving, driving up educational standards, and improving outcomes.
8. Embed strong assessment practices, moderating and reviewing regularly.
9. Drive innovation in learning within the curriculum, teaching, and learning.
10. Track and assess student performance, lead in the preparation of reports and action plans.
11. Determine effective ways of distributing responsibility among the team.
12. Promote an integrated approach, ensuring all teachers work towards a shared vision embracing inquiry and integration.
13. Provide leadership to support team members and middle leaders in student care.
14. Ensure Learning Assistants are active community members, effectively working with their respective teachers and students.
15. Mentor, support, and develop staff, including performance management/appraisal of teachers and Assistant Heads.
16. Ensure consistency, coordination, good communication, and high standards throughout the school.

Position Requirements / Person Specifications:
- Strong knowledge and understanding of pedagogy, including play-based learning.
- Experience leading curriculum, teaching, and learning.
- Excellent technical knowledge and skills to inspire teachers.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Capacity to develop meaningful educational programs for teaching staff.
- Strong organizational skills and knowledge.
