Customer Service Evaluator

Position: Customer Experience Evaluator

We are an international market research consultancy operating across the Middle East, currently seeking part-time customer experience evaluators residing in Dubai. Our focus is on assessing customer service standards in various venues, with a particular interest in individuals engaged in daily or weekly sports activities.

Responsibilities:

- Pose as a real customer to evaluate staff performance and overall customer experience.
- Complete the evaluation, typically taking less than an hour.
- Submit the report online from the comfort of your home.

Qualifications:

To qualify for this role, you MUST have:

- Good command of English.
- A car and a valid UAE driving license (Preferred, not mandatory).
- Sharp observation skills.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
